Terms and Conditions – Astick Driving School
1. Services Offered
Astick Driving School provides services related to:

- Practical driving lessons

- Vehicle rental for driving tests
- Assistance with procedures (appointments, documentation, medical certificates, etc.)
All services are subject to availability and specific conditions depending on each case.
2. Conditions of Service
To use our services, clients must:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Meet all legal requirements (age, permits, documentation)
- Complete the corresponding payment for the requested service
Astick Driving School reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these requirements.
3. Payments and Bookings
- Services must be paid in advance or as agreed
- Prices may be listed in local currency or USD
- Once payment is confirmed, the booking will be scheduled
- Availability is limited and assigned on a first-confirmed basis
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- No-shows without prior notice will result in loss of the reserved spot
Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has started.
5. Vehicle Use (When Applicable)
For services that include a vehicle:
- The client must have a valid driving permit or license
- The client agrees to use the vehicle responsibly
- Astick Driving School is not responsible for misuse of the vehicle outside the instructor’s guidance
6. Client Responsibility
The client agrees that:
- They are responsible for following traffic laws
- They must follow the instructor’s instructions
- Their performance in theoretical or practical tests depends on their own preparation
Astick Driving School does not guarantee passing official exams.
7. Procedures and Assistance
Astick Driving School may assist with:
- Appointment guidance
- General orientation on licensing processes
However:
- We do not control appointment availability or decisions made by third parties
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, branding, logos) belongs to Astick Driving School and may not be used without prior authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
Astick Driving School is not responsible for:
- Changes in regulations or external processes
- Failures in third-party platforms
- Results of official driving tests

Astick Driving School reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
